      Close Explorer.exe from the Start Menu

      Explorer lock up on you?  It still happens unfortunately...  In Windows Vista and Server 2008, if you Ctrl+Shift+Right Click in a blank area of the Start Menu, you'll see an option to "Exit Explorer".
